La prima Casa del Pane \u00e8 nata come un innovativo centro culturale comunitario nella citt\u00e0 di Gabrovo ed \u00e8 cresciuta fino a diventare un&#8217;impresa sociale innovativa che impasta lo spazio di un centro culturale comunitario e di un forno comunitario, dove le persone si dedicano all&#8217;arte mentre il pane viene cotto nel tradizionale forno a legna.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La rete forma persone provenienti dalla Bulgaria e da tutto il mondo attraverso la piattaforma &#8220;Bread Therapy&#8221;, affinch\u00e9 applichino il modello di servizi misti a pagamento e gratuiti nei loro Paesi come modello di franchising sociale.
